ABOUT US
B&R Custom Machining was established in 2001 by brothers Brad and Ryan Jantzi and their father, Luke. Their objective was to create a distinguished machine shop that went beyond the typical requirements outlined in prints and contracts, recognizing the importance of meeting client deadlines.
Brad, drawing upon his unique skill set, effectively pushed the boundaries of machine capabilities by utilizing his expertise and maximizing the potential of the equipment. Meanwhile, Ryan played a pivotal role in managing the shop floor and expanding the customer base. Throughout the company's growth, Luke ensured the steady flow of finances, allowing the trio to innovate and experiment.
With a modest team of only five individuals and a limited number of manual lathes and milling machines, B&R Custom Machining has since transformed into a highly recognized CNC machine shop, employing over 40 dedicated employees. Their commitment and tireless efforts along with the team at B&R have earned them a reputation for delivering precision parts that meet specifications promptly, at competitive prices, and with a low rate of returns.
